Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced GoLang Tech Lead with a strong Full Stack background to drive the technical direction of our engineering team. In this role, you will architect scalable solutions using Go (Golang) on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend, deployed within an Azure ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a cross-functional development team (including remote/distributed members), conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Architect and build scalable, high-concurrency microservices using Golang, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between the Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
  • Deploy and manage applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), integrating with Azure Redis for caching and Azure Blob for storage.
  • Build responsive, modern UIs using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas. Write complex SQL/PL-SQL queries and perform rigorous performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Manage and optimize build/release pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Azure CI/CD practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 7+ Years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior/mid-level developers. Expert proficiency in Golang.
  • Strong experience with REST and gRPC protocols.
  • Deep understanding of the Azure Ecosystem: specifically Azure Kubernetes (AKS), Azure Redis, and Azure Blob Storage.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript.
  • Experience styling with Tailwind CSS.Inventory Planning
  • Strong command of PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to write complex SQL/PL-SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform database performance optimization.
